You will receive an order notification with your order number and order total.
We then will send an email once your order has been processed along with a once off SMS with your Australia Post tracking number.
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia for online orders.
All orders within Australia incur a flat rate of $10 shipping. Free shipping is available Australia wide for orders $49 and over.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your order.
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia and may take longer to reach regional areas.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the following business day. We aim to pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days (excluding any custom or special order products).
We don’t currently offer express shipping, however should you require your order sooner please email email@example.com and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.
Some items listed on our website will be available for sale as a pre-order item.
This means we don’t have the item in stock, however, you can purchase to secure the product.
An estimated timeframe for delivery of a pre-order item will be listed in the item description.
Once an order is placed we do not offer a refund based on change of mind and there is no returns or exchanges on pre-order items.
Estimated dates of arrival are approximate and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control. You will be updated on these changes via the email address you provide upon purchase.
Should you be purchasing any other items alongside a pre-order item these will be shipped all together. If you require some items sooner it is recommended to place seperate orders.
Unfortunately, The Planned Duo can not offer change of mind returns or exchanges.

RETURNS DUE TO RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEMS
We take care in processing, packing and sending your orders.
On the the off chance that you don’t receive your correct order please email email@example.com with your proof of purchase and a description of you should have received.
Please make sure that you contact us within 7 business days of receiving your purchase.
The Planned Duo will be responsible for any shipping costs that you incur to return the item(s) in the case that the wrong items have been sent.
RETURNS FOR FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS.
The Planned Duo does not accept responsibility for goods damaged in delivery as we ensure that each order is packed securely for transit.
On the rare occasion that you may receive faulty or damaged goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence as well as your order number for consideration. This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. Any time after this will not be accepted.
We will be in touch within 48 hours with the outcome.

SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely.
Payments are processed using Square.
Square works with any Australian-issued and most non-Australian issued credit, debit, prepaid or gift cards (‘Cards’) with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo. Square may remove or add Cards that they (Square) accept at any time without prior notice.
