Delivery, Returns + Payments

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We ask that you carefully check your order prior to placing, as it cannot be changed once submitted. This includes your preferred delivery address.

You will receive an order notification with your order number and order total.

We then will send an email once your order has been processed and sent via post.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently only ship within Australia.

All orders incur a flat rate of $8 shipping.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order.

Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia and may take longer to reach regional areas.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

We don’t currently offer express shipping, however should you require your order sooner please email theplannedduo@gmail.com and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.

RETURNS

Returns due to change of mind

Unfortunately, The Planned Duo can not offer change of mind returns.

Please choose your items carefully and should you have any questions please email theplannedduo@gmail.com so that we may assist before you checkout.

RETURNS DUE TO RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEMS

We take care in processing, packing and sending your orders.

On the the off chance that you don’t receive your correct order please email theplannedduo@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a description of you should have received.

Please make sure that you contact us within 7 business days of receiving your purchase.

The Planned Duo will be responsible for any shipping costs that you incur to return the item(s) in the case that the wrong items have been sent.

RETURNS FOR FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS

All our products are designed and printed in Melbourne and care is taken to ensure that each product produced is of the highest quality.

The Planned Duo does not accept responsibility for goods damaged in delivery as we ensure that each order is packed securely for transit.

On the rare occasion that you may receive faulty or damaged goods please email theplannedduo@gmail.com with photographic evidence as well as your order number for consideration.

We will be in touch within 48 hours with the outcome.

Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.

Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY 

The Planned Duo website is safe and secure with SSL technology.

SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely.

Payments are processed using Square.

Square works with any Australian-issued and most non-Australian issued credit, debit, prepaid or gift cards (‘Cards’) with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo. Square may remove or add Cards that they (Square) accept at any time without prior notice.
